Some tactics are going to apply to certain individuals. This one is going to apply to those of you who are attorneys or have friends and family in the legal field that are on the same page as you with the state of our Republic. You may know or remember this guy if not, controversial at the time, Jim Garrison was the only man to bring criminal prosecution in the assassination of Pres. Kennedy. He crossed line and did what many would have never contemplated.

So quite simply that is what this tactic is about why not bring lawsuits, criminal if need be, against any cog of the “machine” (politicians, media and special interest groups)? If what they are doing can be traced back to legitimate illegal activity it is the duty of those of you in the legal arena to file suit, right? Well those of you in the legal field have the “juice” to make this one happen, maybe you have some friends or family members that have been feeding you info about this person or that person... maybe its time to take an official look into what they are doing and whether it’s legal or not! Ask yourself this question, could some of their actions be considered treason??

One thing we have all learned is that almost every politician is dirty to some degree. But it doesn’t stop there, what about the media and special interest groups. Are those cogs in the great “machine” being greased behind closed doors? You have to wonder why so many are willing to push an agenda the majority of Americans are against. This is by far one of the boldest tactics to be suggested but it’s about time these people are looked into! Granted their motivation may be genuine and they believe in the radical changes being brought on but what if they are being paid off or promised favors? Wouldn’t you like to know? Don’t we the people have a right to know? One thing that is obvious with politicians is how wonderfully their net worth skyrockets once they get into office. Of course the same can be said for anyone in the media or special interest group. WHY??? Payoffs, special favors or is it even conceivable that the “pork” in this bill and that bill finds its way into their pockets. Is it so absurd to suggest such a thing, corruption to the core of government? Criminals do it, called money laundering. We are seeing all the time with bailouts and monetizing debt.

For those in the media and heading special interest groups, look for the money or paper trail, it too is there. Remember the Justice Department got Capone on tax evasion not the other crimes he was tied to or directly committed. Hit these people from left field, as other tactics it is to catch them off guard. Do you think they want to be involved in some payoff scandal or what have you in an election year?! Now let’s be clear in no way shape or form is it being suggested that frivolous investigations or suits be launched. You go that route and you will be the one looking at charges! One will have to dig, get some dirt and follow the trail; like this needs to be explained to professional attorneys and investigators. Those of you in the legal and investigation fields that feel that our nation is being stolen right out from under us you have the resources and power to look into these people. Put politicians, media and special interest group leaders under a microscope some of them have to be dirty to some degree.

This all makes you wonder now doesn’t it!? What about the corporations behind the media what is their gain? Granted this very well may push the limits and some will say this is pushing the envelope, but is it? Don’t these people and organizations do the same tactics to each other or their competition? Ever hear of corporate espionage? How about some of those slanderous election campaigns? Again this is directed to all common sense attorneys, prosecutors and investigators you call the shots you have the power, whether you believe it or not!

Lets look at this whole climate change scam going on, how many people are aware that folks like Mr. Gore are positioning themselves to make tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars if they get their way. With Climategate now in the open, over the last month, many are questioning it and whether the things claimed are true about the state of our environment. Mr. Gore has been off, most recently a headline read:

It was also reported that London courts found segments of his movie An Inconvenient Truth to be inaccurate: (An Inconvenient Verdict for Al Gore). What is Mr. Gore’s true agenda? By the way exactly who caused global warming that warmed the planet up after the last ice age? Surely it wasn’t the descendants of dinosaurs that survived running their factories and eating too much meat where they “released” too much CO2 and methane into the atmosphere. Or was it all the running around the descendants of dinosaurs did where they were emitting too much CO2 from overdoing it? No, not going to start argument over climate change here, but the point is what is the goal with so many questions in the air that Mr. Gore and other climate change promoters won’t even agree to a debate with those on the other side. What is are they afraid of or is it what are they afraid of losing… money and power!

That’s just an example that can be applied to many issues facing “we the people” today. How many in DC are positioned to benefit from this INSANE Healthcare Bill going through or Cap & Trade (it hasn’t gone away folks, just on the back burner while HC Bill is finalized and will be PASSED). How many back room deals are being made? How many in DC have lavish private sector positions/roles waiting for them? (1/4/10 Sen. Chris Dodd just announced he will not seek re-election, what plush job is waiting for him in the private sector, how much wealth has he accumulated over the years?) How much power will some special interest groups gain from bills going through? Questions need to be asked with this out of the box mindset by you the attorneys and prosecutors out there who have the power to take it one step further. Jim Garrison more than likely thought similar questions that led him to prosecute Clay Shaw playing a role in the assassination of Pres. Kennedy. Fact of the matter is many are questioning the actions of our Congress even citing actions as being unconstitutional. Some Attorney Generals are even threatening to take action in a health bill suit.

Those of you in the legal field this ball is in your court, but if these people are in fact dirty isn’t it the right of the people to know? Maybe in the process of investigation something larger will be discovered!

Where are the Jim Garrisons of this generation? It’s time to step up your moment has arrived if you are willing.
